Who We Are
Introducing ConstructCo
ConstructCo is a licensed commercial general contractor and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). We deliver commercial construction and facility infrastructure services for commercial properties and multi-site portfolios.
We support asset managers, property portfolios and commercial operators who need tightly controlled delivery of capital programs and facility improvements.
We perform construction across healthcare, hospitality, retail, industrial and multifamily environments. Depending on the project scope and access requirements, we work inside facilities that stay in operation throughout the project or on controlled construction sites.
Our licensed internal divisions carry out the work, bringing in engineering where it’s needed, so field crews stay in step with the schedule, site safety and code.
